Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) clients by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Provide expert advice on investment products including mutual funds, insurance, bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other wealth instruments.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to ensure optimal asset allocation and returns.
  • Cross-sell and upsell banking and investment products to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank guidelines during client onboarding and transactions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and portfolio reviews.
  • Identify new HNI prospects through referrals, market research, and networking.
  • Coordinate with product specialists and research teams to deliver holistic financial planning.
  • Handle client queries, service requests, and escalations efficiently and professionally.
