Position: PMS Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition – PMS Sales

  • Acquire, advise, and build strong relationships with

    HNI & UHNI clients

    (leads from our existing affluent client pool will be provided).
  • Generate business through

    client meetings, presentations, and face-to-face discussions

    .
  • Organize and represent the company at

    seminars, workshops, and business development events

    .
  • Drive

    high-ticket PMS sales

    with a minimum entry portfolio of

    1 crore and above

    .

Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Manage and deepen client relationships to grow

    Assets Under Management (AUM)

    .
  • Partner with our

    Research, Financial Planning, and Operations teams

    to deliver well-rounded advisory solutions.
  • Advise clients on their

    existing investments

    and help optimize their overall

    financial portfolios

    .
  • Stay connected with product and research teams to make well-informed investment recommendations.

Candidate Profile

sales acumen, financial knowledge, and client management skills

  • Proven experience in

    PMS Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking

    with direct exposure to

    HNI client management

    .
  • Strong ability to

    analyze client data, identify trends, and create impactful presentations

    .
  • Excellent

    sales and negotiation skills

    with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Solid understanding of

    Equity Markets and other investment products

    .
  • Mandatory certifications:

    NISM XA & XB

    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building

    long-term client relationships

    .
