Role: Wealth Acquisition Manager

Location: Chennai (On-site, Full-Time)


We are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about wealth management, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard HNI & UHNI clients through proactive networking, referrals, and market engagement.
  • Understand client needs and design tailored investment strategies leveraging InCred’s open-architecture platform.
  • Deliver comprehensive wealth solutions across asset classes, including equity, debt, alternates, and structured products.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by providing ongoing portfolio reviews, market insights, and advisory support.
  • Stay updated with financial markets, regulatory changes, and investment trends to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (research, product, structuring teams) to deliver differentiated client experiences.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients (experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory preferred).
  • Strong business development skills with a deep understanding of financial products and asset classes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Relevant certifications in Finance and Investments will be an added advantage.
