Job Summary:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the
entire recruitment cycle
from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
Source candidates
using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media, and other databases.
Screen resumes
, conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and extend offer letters.
Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring.
Provide a great candidate experience and promote employer branding.
Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and recruitment status.

Required Skills:

Proven experience of
3+ years
in
recruitment (non-IT/IT/BPO/publishing/etc.)
Strong knowledge of
job portals
like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to
multi-task
and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
is a plus.
Strong understanding of job market trends and sourcing strategies.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
