Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Specialist in the Transaction Banking Operations department The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with knowledge of transaction banking products and services

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure cost control for the fiscal year and manage operational losses
Handle customer complaints and ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer-centric clear transactions
Implement automation of processes and reduce audit irregularities
Process and verify export/outward and inward remittances, capital account, export fice, FLC issuance, bill/FBG, and other transactions
Manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language

Job Requirements

Graduate or MBA preferred with an additional certificate course related to the banking sector
Knowledge of banking products and services, regulatory guidelines, and norms
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in managing complex client situations and risk uncertainty
Strong understanding of transaction banking operations and trade fice center
