Preparation & Release of indent (BOQ) for B/out items & fabricated items through SAP process ( PR ) Review & progress monitoring of fabricated items. Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party Monitoring of Dispatch as per invoicing plan. Periodic visit to site for execution supervision Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover Recovery of Payments as per Contract Terms.
