Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at P.S International HR Consultants. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in driving growth and expansion.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and other channels.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and positive word-of-mouth marketing.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
