Scrap Collection Partners

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding Scrap Collection Partners

   across required geographical locations to support client servicing and contract execution.

2. Validating partner competency

   , ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and statutory compliance requirements (CPCB/SPCB, etc.).

3. Negotiating and finalizing commercial terms/rates

   for various scrap items with Scrap Collection Partners.

4. Verifying billing-related documents

   received from partners and coordinating for disposal certificates and other mandatory documents.

5. Finalizing sale rates of scrap materials

   being supplied from Karma Ecotech Ltd. to Scrap Collection Partners.

6. Coordinating with the accounts team

   to ensure timely payment collection from partners for scrap sold to them.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience

  in plastic waste management, purchase roles, vendor management, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of

  logistics handling

  (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Excel

  , data management, and documentation.
• Good communication skills and professional email handling ability.
• Ability to manage vendors, negotiate rates, and coordinate with internal teams.
