Job Description

Handling of Warranty Supplier recovery activities pertaining to IMG, China, South America & EU region working in close coordination with quality operations and in line with FM Warranties Rules of the Road (RoTR)

CA / CWA / MBA

Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skill and techniques

Excellent communication skill

Hands on experience in Excel / PowerPoint (IMPRS / GWFS knowledge will be added advantage)

Working experience on automation tools like Alteryx / Power BI / Qlik Sense

Manage monthly forecast, Budget, Five-Year business plan, Risk and Opportunity reporting

Variance Analysis of Actuals vs Forecast, Budget Performance, Year over Year and Quarter over Quarter

Management Deck preparation by segment / region / market with detailed commentary on key drivers of movement like Exchange & Cost Performance

Supporting Senior Management with Profit Recovery Actions, ad-hoc analysis, scenario analysis

Manage month-end close accounting, receivables ageing review and account reconciliation

Review and approve business cases related to cost-saving initiatives and ensure cost savings are reflected in Financials appropriately

Closely work with Cross-functional teams to support ongoing cost tracking and ad-hoc analysis

Support various audit requirements. viz S-Ox, PwC, Internal Audits

Manage Finance Manual updates including validating the RoTR in line with business requirements
