LATA Motors is an authorized Tata Motors workshop specializing in commercial vehicle service and maintenance. We deliver professional and reliable workshop operations to ensure high-quality vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warranty Executive to manage and process all warranty-related activities at our Tata Motors service workshop. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with Tata Motors warranty policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage warranty claims as per Tata Motors’ guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all warranty transactions.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for claim verification and approvals.
• Communicate with Tata Motors for claim status and approvals.
• Tag, store, and return defective parts as per OEM procedures.
• Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues and support process improvement.
• Assist the Service Manager during warranty audits and documentation reviews.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely claim settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an automobile workshop (preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and service operations.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
