Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and assist them with their needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranty policies.
• Coordinate with the workshop and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates to customers.
• Record customer feedback and maintain daily interaction reports.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply).
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or front desk roles are welcome.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
