💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at Divine Hindu. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a high-volume e-commerce setup, ensuring timely dispatch, quality control, and team coordination.

You’ll be responsible for handling 5,000–8,000 daily orders and supervising a team of 20–25 packers on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch.

Supervise, train, and monitor 20–25 packers to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain order flow and ensure timely shipments.

Conduct quality checks and reduce dispatch errors.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement & logistics teams.

Ensure proper packaging of fragile items (stones, jewellery, etc.).

Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and discipline.

Generate daily reports for order processing and dispatch performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or packing supervision (e-commerce preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on with daily floor activities — not just desk-based work.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Physically active and willing to manage shifts if required.

Language: Hindi & basic English.

Nice to Have:

Experience handling fragile or delicate products.

Knowledge of courier SLAs, scanning devices, or WMS.

Exposure to fast-paced e-commerce environments.
