Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory management. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor loading and unloading operations to prevent damage or loss.
• Assign tasks and schedules to warehouse staff and monitor their performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain records related to inventory, dispatch, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
