Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (Mechanical Background)

Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to manage critical warehouse and operations functions. This includes data sheet handling, courier dispatch, complaint coordination, spare parts inventory, and maintaining attendance and visitor logs. A mechanical background is essential to ensure effective understanding of technical components. Strong English communication skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update inventory and operational data sheets Handle courier dispatches, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners Address and resolve customer complaints via phone and coordinate with internal teams Maintain and update customer complaint registers/sheets Manage in-and-out flow of spare parts, ensuring accurate records Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies Collaborate with warehouse and technical teams for smooth operations Maintain visitors logbook and daily attendance register for warehouse staff Prepare periodic reports on warehouse and operational metrics Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Patparganj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9266629014
