Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including
inward, outward, storage, and dispatch
for B2B and B2C orders.
Lead, train, and manage a workforce of
40-45 warehouse staff
, ensuring productivity and discipline.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards.
Track operational KPIs and ensure
daily, weekly, and monthly targets
are met.
Optimize warehouse
layout, manpower allocation, and workflows
to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and planning teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Handle escalations related to dispatch delays, damages, or operational issues.

Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations (mandatory).
Strong understanding of
B2B B2C logistics operations
.
Proven experience managing large on-ground teams.
Ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
