Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Noida Sec 63 Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, deep expertise in inventory management, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and hands-on knowledge of 3PL operations. The Warehouse Manager will ensure efficient logistics coordination, effective vendor management, and high-performing team operations under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch. Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations and maintain accuracy. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with inventory control policies and safety standards. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for seamless order processing, transportation, and returns. Supervise and evaluate warehouse staff; manage scheduling, KPIs, and performance improvement. Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments to prevent shortages or overstocking. Liaise with vendors, procurement, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times. Track metrics such as inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and turnaround times. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of WMS software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Experience in managing 3PL partnerships and logistics coordination. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in warehousing. - Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road
