Job Description

Maintaining accurate inventory records: Utilizing warehouse management software and tracking systems to monitor stock levels, track movements, and ensure accuracy. Managing stock levels: Ensuring adequate supply to meet production needs while minimizing excess inventory and wastage. Coordinating with suppliers and production: Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and coordinating with production to meet their demands. Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems: Developing and implementing procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Managing warehouse staff: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and safely. Optimizing warehouse layout and flow: Designing and maintaining an efficient warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline operations. Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, quality control procedures, and compliance with food safety regulations. Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement: Analyzing warehouse operations data to identify areas for improvement, such as increasing efficiency, reducing costs, or improving safety. Communicating with other departments: Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and meet company goals.
