Job Description

Mumbai.

What we need from you:

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Implement and monitor SOPs to optimize space utilization, reduce turnaround time, and ensure safety compliance.
Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors; ensure performance tracking and training.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order processing and replenishment.
Ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.
Analyze KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to improve performance.
Manage 3PL vendors (if any) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
