Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and segregation of materials.

2. Goods Inward & Outward

• Verify and receive incoming materials with proper documentation.
• Plan manpower, crane, and MHE in advance for unloading activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per customer orders.
• Check packaging, quantity, and quality before dispatch.

3. Documentation & System Work

• Update ERP/software for all stock movements.
• Prepare challans, invoices, and dispatch-related documents.
• Maintain inward and outward records in compliance with company policies.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of warehouse and stock.
• Coordinate with transporters for loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure efficient utilization of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Liaise with Purchase, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth operations.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to SOPs for material handling and storage.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling fragile/valuable items.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage transport, dispatch schedules, and manpower.

Strong attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
