Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in ERP/warehouse system. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/sales team for replenishment. Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively. Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
