The Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory operations for our premium ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products, ensuring optimal stock management and quality control. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory using FIFO/LIFO principles for perishable ingredients and raw materials Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate stock tracking Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods including temperature-sensitive items Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Coordinate with production and procurement teams for seamless material flow Ensure proper storage conditions for chocolates, baking ingredients, and packaging materials Maintain warehouse hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance) Essential Skills FIFO/LIFO inventory management (mandatory for food industry) Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software Computer literate - MS Excel, inventory tracking software Strong understanding of cold storage and temperature-controlled inventory Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Physical ability to handle warehouse operations Nice to Have Experience in food & beverage or FMCG warehousing Knowledge of vendor coordination and inward quality checks Forklift or material handling equipment certification Understanding of GST and documentation for inventory Experience: 2-5 years in warehouse/inventory management Location: Bengaluru
