Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to prevent damage or breakage of finished products
• Ensure secure warehouse operations, including inventory protection and access control
• Monitor the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and material-handling tools
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory, dispatches, and warehouse activities
• Review inbound and outbound schedules and align warehouse capacity with operational requirements
• Ensure careful handling of finished goods during sorting, packaging, and movement within the warehouse
• Oversee roster planning to ensure adequate manpower availability at all times
• Monitor staff safety, discipline, productivity, and motivation on the warehouse floor
• Maintain visibility on fleet vehicle availability, condition, and movement where applicable
• Support delivery operations when required to ensure timely and accurate dispatches
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain execution
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, 3PL operations, or supply chain execution
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution workflows
• Ability to manage time, manpower, and operational costs efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Calm, composed, and ethical approach to problem-solving and people management
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance
• Experience in maintaining operational discipline and motivating warehouse staff
• Practical mindset with the ability to handle both planning and on-ground execution
