Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products. Manage stock levels and update inventory in software / Excel. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of lighting fixtures (chandeliers, wall lights, fans, etc.). Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order packing and delivery. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse. Prepare goods for dispatch — verify items, packaging, and documentation. Handle inward & outward entries, GRNs, delivery challans, and transport coordination. Report damaged or missing items to the management immediately. Assist in periodic physical stock audits.
