The Picker and Packer will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are properly prepared for shipping. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pick Orders: Retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 2. Pack Orders: Carefully pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring items are protected during transit. 3. Verify Orders: Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness before sealing and labeling. 4. Label and Document: Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages. 5. Maintain Workspace: Keep the picking and packing area clean, organized, and well-stocked. 6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues. 7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products and equipment. Requirements: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus. - Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar role is preferred. - Skills: - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). - Good communication and teamwork skills.
