Warehouse Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure optimal stock levels. Receiving & Dispatch : Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Team Supervision : Lead and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to meet operational goals. Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment. Process Optimization : Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, warehouse activities, and staff performance. Coordination : Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with overall company objectives. Qualifications: Freshers Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in Tamil; proficiency in English is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
