Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location :- Dapode, Mankoli Bhiwandi

Department: - Warehouse / Logistics

Reports To- Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary:-

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth logistics activities. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Dispatch

* Assist in unloading incoming materials and verifying the quantity & quality of items.

* Prepare and pack orders for dispatch as per delivery schedules.

* Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel.

2. Inventory Management

* Maintain accurate records of stock levels in the system.

* Perform daily stock counts and assist in monthly/quarterly physical inventory.

* Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the supervisor.

3. Warehouse Operations

* Organize and store products in assigned locations.

* Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and arrangement of items.

* Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trolleys, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if trained).

4. Safety & Housekeeping

* Follow all safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

* Ensure safe handling of products to avoid damage or injury.

* Adhere to company policies and warehouse SOPs.

**Skills & Requirements**

* Minimum Graduate preferred.

* candidate should be good at excel

* 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

* Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.

* Ability to lift and move heavy items.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* shall be available for night shift

Salary up-to 21000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
