About the Role:

Walmart Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Optimization:

• Create, upload, and optimize listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, and SEO keywords.

• Account Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Walmart seller account including pricing, inventory sync, returns, and customer feedback.

• Walmart Advertising (PPC):

• Run and optimize Walmart Sponsored Product campaigns to increase visibility and sales.

• Order Management & Fulfillment:

• Ensure timely order processing, logistics coordination (D2C or Walmart Fulfillment Services), and inventory updates.

• Compliance & Policy Monitoring:

• Ensure the account meets all of Walmart’s compliance standards, policies, and performance metrics.

• Promotion Planning:

• Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to boost sales.

• Data & Reporting:

• Track weekly performance metrics like impressions, sales, ad spend, CTR, and conversions. Generate actionable reports.

• Competitor Analysis:

• Regularly monitor competitor listings, pricing, and performance to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing

  Walmart Marketplace

  seller accounts (international market preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  Walmart PPC, listing SEO

  , and operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Walmart Seller Center, and analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of international shipping, taxes, and product compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in managing essential oils, beauty, personal care, or wellness products.
• Experience in

  Amazon or other marketplaces

  will be a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is a bonus.
