Job Description

We have a Job opportunity with our company "Posidex"

Job Title: Sr.Executive-Accounts

Qualification: Commerce Graduate/PG

Work Experience: 4-6 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

Vendor onboarding documents collections & maintaining the vendor's list.
Vendor Agreements: New & renewals and Vendor cloud subscription renewals
Vendor POs preparation, Invoice processing after necessary approvals & reconciliation.
Coordinating with vendors for onboarding, agreements & renewals and Invoices.
Preparation of Vendors TDS payment details and entry in TDS software & Reconciliation
Prepaid cards, credit card entries, posting & reconciliations.
Office and vehicle Insurance renewals
Employees reimbursements and Vendor Invoices tally entry verification
Bank payment sheets preparation
Coordinating with vendors for onboarding and agreements
Co-ordinating with the internal teams for Invoice approval
Sodexo Cards payment on monthly basis
GSTR-2B reconciliation and 3B draft preparation
Follow up with vendors for GSTR-1 non-filling.
Fixed assets application entries checking and reconciliation
Assist in policy documents preparation.
Participating in the ISMS, QMS & SOC and CMMI audits.
Membership & License renewals (NASSCOM, NSIC, Labour & Trade Licenses)
Giving Induction training
Verification of account executive (AP) works on daily basis
Any Other works allotted by the Manager

Note:

1. Experience in Audit firms are not considered.

2. US Accounting experience/BPO experience are not considered
