Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Postgraduates (MBA Finance or M.com) with 1 to 5 years of experience into proper GL Accounting or end to end accounting.
Not Eligible: Graduate or post graduate freshers are not eligible.

Position:
Executive/ Senior Executive
Core Accounting (End to end accounting)
Eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have MBA Finance or M.com qualification with minimum 1 year of experience into core accounting.
Shift:
Full-Time, In-Office, General shift

Both way cab service provided by company

Joining:
Immediate preferred. Max 20 days notice period

MBA (finance) / M.com

Skills and Experience

Strong accounting knowledge along with experience of preparation of Financial Statements
Knowledge about Principles and concepts of Accounting, through understanding of various journal entries
Experience in working with MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments

Responsibilities

Analysis of client provided data to complete the book keeping
Record necessary journal entries such as accrual, reversal, reallocation, reclassification, provisioning etc.
Finalization of various accounts and reconciliations of GST/HST, tax, intercompany, bank, visa, investments
Recording of information in various schedules in the tax software such as 1, 2,3,4,6,7,8, 8S, 21,100, 125
Preparation and up-dation of various of forms in tax software
Maintain time sheet tracker on daily basis
Ensure that assigned work is completed within the stipulated time
Adhere to client guidelines/specification for all returns
Attend the process training as per process requirement
Work on feedback received from QA
