Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • Enter placement data into systems such as DXC, Velonetic, Xchanging, or Brokasure Desktop
  • Ensure accurate classification (e.g., US, fiscal, regulatory) and apply tax/apportionment codes as needed.
  • Reconcile contracts with binding information, MGUs, underwriting years, sections, and risk codes.
  • Support downstream functions: premium validation, settlement, claims matching, regulatory reporting
  • Maintain trackers, audit documentation, and address data queries or discrepancies.
  • Liaise with underwriting assistant to clarify contract details and resolve issues.
  • Alternatively, experience in Policy Checking process may also be considered, where current year's schedules are validated against the quote or previous year's schedule
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience in Lloyd's market exposure: familiarity with MRCs, CDR, UMRs, and London Market processes
  • System proficiency: experience with Eclipse, Prequel, EUD, Brokasure, DXC/Velonetic/Xchanging.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of tax regulations, US/other jurisdictional classifications.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skill
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows, support audits, and collaborate across teams.
