Job Brief

Work closely with Executive Vice President - HR and assist in executing various projects related to HR policies, automation, market research and similar projects. Will be responsible for Corporate MIS and reporting as well as preparing related presentations. Will also be responsible for supporting the backend HR operations (US). Should be proficient in collaborating with internal stakeholders and work independently with minimal guidance. Roles and Responsibilities • Collect and analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports.
• Manage and optimize the corporate HR-MIS for accurate and efficient data handling. • Create visually appealing dashboards/decks using Excel and charts for HR metrics presentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in the collection and analysis of data. • Support the backend HR operations (US) such as new-hire onboarding, BGV, training coordination and exit management. • Assist and coordinate various HR projects including HR automation. • This role also involves developing policies and procedures related to HR. • Responsible for tracking and updating changes to the policies and procedures. • Maintain the repository of all the HR policies with the latest version/revision controls as per ISO standards. • Ensure that the policy changes/updates are implemented and communicated to everyone. • Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and comply with regulations. • Support in preparation and execution of audits and other compliances. • Participate in cross-functional meetings. • Perform all other duties and incidental tasks related to this position. Requirements • Any Graduate with 3+ years of related experience. • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role. • Exposure to market research, social media and communication. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Flair for working with large data and performing analysis from different aspects • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize. • Good stakeholder management skills • Excellent written / verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated, persistent in chasing goals, and willing to learn. • Should be able to work independently and identify bottlenecks. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT). • Experience with using Power BI would be an added advantage.
