Job Description

the Role & responsibilities

1) Unit Incharge

Ensure to procure quantity & quality of raw milk as per the budget.
Ensure monitoring & implementing Inputs & Extension Activities in the area of operations.
Ensure to achieve the Production/Processing/Chilling targets as per the requirement.
Ensure periodical preventive maintenance schedule of the Plant, Machinery & Equipment.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower & Optimization of Operational Cost.
Ensure to maintain plant hygiene & sanitatio
Ensure implementation of SOPs, Safety Norms and ISO Standards.
Monitoring & Controlling Stores Spares & Consumption of Consumables/Materials.
Statutory & Audit compliance of the plant.
Ensure monitoring & daily updating the Data in ERP.

2) Procurement Supervisor

Identify the sources to procure quality of milk in the area of operation.
Procure budgeted Quantity & Quality of milk and achieve the business targets.
Minimize Landed Cost of Milk within the budget & Assets Management.
Coordinate and Organize Inputs & Extension activities in the area of Operations.
Maintain Hygiene conditions & implement of SOPs.
Minimize milk transit losses & leakages.
Prepare & maintain the records and registers as per the guidelines.
Oversee the distribution of payment to farmers / MCC / representatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in the dairy industry, preferably in milk procurement.
Educational qualification in dairy science, dairy technology, or related fields is preferred.
Proven experience in managing raw milk procurement and achieving quality and quantity targets.
Male candidates only as per the requirement.
Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets effectively.
