Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This entry-level role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to kickstart their career in operations, with a particular focus on supporting our gig workforce. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of our auditors and assisting the operations team with a variety of essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Auditor

    Acquisition

    Support:

    Assist the operations team in the end-to-end acquisition process for new auditors joining our gig network, which includes initial outreach and calling, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    Help manage and organize all necessary documentation for auditor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication

    &

    Coordination:

    Act as a point of contact for new auditors, addressing their queries, providing necessary information, and coordinating training sessions or initial assignments.
  • Data Management:

    Maintain accurate records of auditor profiles, onboarding status, and performance metrics within our internal systems.
  • Operational Assistance:

    Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader operations team, including data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
  • Problem Solving:

    Assist in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks or challenges related to auditor management and task fulfillment.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:

    Undertake any other operational tasks as assigned by the team lead or management to support the overall efficiency of the department.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an operations support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Google Forms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
