Required Information Details Job Description Role- Desktop support / O365 / Laptop support Location of Requirement Noida Desired Competencies Must-Have Proven experience as a help desk technician . Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Basic understanding of computer systems. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. 2 years' experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support. Good Communication Skills Basic technical Knowledge. Good-to-Have Experienced resources with good communication knowledge. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone. 2 Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders. 3 Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met. 4 Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records. 5 Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions 6 Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers, and software programs
