Cloud Solutions Architect

We are hiring Cloud Solutions Architect (Cloud Presales) for Bangalore location.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound AWS Cloud Presales Consultant who can translate customer requirements into cloud solutions and support business development through effective solutioning and proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand customer use cases.
• Create solution architecture, BoMs, effort estimation, and cost models using AWS Pricing Calculator.
• Lead client discussions, technical workshops, and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals.
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available AWS solutions aligned with the Well-Architected Framework.
• Collaborate with delivery and DevOps teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of 

  AWS core services

  : EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFront, Route 53.
• Hands-on experience with 

  designing HA/DR solutions

  , backup and archival strategies, and data migrations.
• Good knowledge of 

  DevOps practices

  , CI/CD (CodePipeline, CodeBuild), and automation.
• Familiarity with 

  Container Services

   (ECS, EKS) and Serverless architecture (Lambda, Step Functions).
• Ability to estimate AWS 

  TCO, right-sizing

  , and 

  cost optimization

   techniques.
• Understanding of 

  hybrid cloud connectivity

   options (VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).
• Awareness of 

  security and compliance best practices

   on AWS.
• Experience with tools like 

  Lucidchart / Draw.io

   for architecture diagrams.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / Professional
• TOGAF / ITIL Foundation (nice to have)
