Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring zero defect complaints Management for the unit
  • To ensure accurate and error free compliant management for the complaints recieved at the call centre pertaining to cards liabilities assests etc as they case may be
  • To ensure complete and accurate complaint resolutions within the defined TATS
  • To Ensure process compliance as per the set audit and SQ guidelines TATS

Minimum experiences in years 0-2 , exposure to Banking preferable and Candidates with prior customer service background are preferred.
