Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain call logs and records
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication skills in

    Tamil

    and manageable English speaking ability
  • Previous experience in customer service or voice process preferred, but freshers can also apply
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Looking and Prefernce for immediate joiners
