Process Details :

6 days working.
Rotational shifts & rotational week off.
inbound voice/outbound voice

Role & responsibilities :

Handle incoming customer queries via calls.
generate leads.
Provide Accurate and timely information.
Record and document customer interactions efficiently.
Coordination with internal departments if required to resolve escalated issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Preferred candidate profile :

under-graduate/graduate both can apply.
experience & freshers both can apply.
Good communication skills.
