HRO JD
- Process HR transactions which may include:
- New hires (including background checks, drug tests, direct deposit, and tax transactions)
- Employment data changes
- Terminations/Retirements
- Earnings/deduction transactions
- Pay by exception input
- Leave and attendance transactions
- Over time inputs
- Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
- Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail
- Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
- Provide balance and mediate differences between customer requests and corporate guidelines
- Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
- Maintain service level agreements
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
- Fair knowledge of HR policies, Employee Benefits, procedures and employment laws
- Strong experience in benefits administration
- Good understanding of welfare plan provisions
- Wide knowledge of Federal laws of the employee benefits program and workers compensation
- Proficient in Benefit applications (People Soft, SAP, SF etc) resolve customer issues
- 3 - 4 year of Benefits experience, with specific experience in Comp & Benefit administration for countries in EMEA/APAC/AMER will be desired.
- Ability to take inbound and outbound calls.
- Processed insurance enrollments of employees.
- Processed termination of insurance.
- Responsible for the project management of benefit programs.
- Work with Benefits carriers to negotiate new benefit and plan structures
- Maintained all records and information regarding benefit programs of all employees.
- Assisted and helped employees with completion of the state health benefit plan and flexible benefits plan documents required for enrolling and/or changing benefit contracts.
- Administered the state health benefits and flexible benefits open enrollment.
- Executed and performed planning and coordination of the annual health fair.
- Administered the FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Answered level 2 & 3 level questions and provided assistance to resolve benefit plan issues
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Full life cycle recruitment services for fulfilling positions across Americas/ Europe/ APAC locations.
- Utilizing job portals, internal databases, internet search engines/ websites to search and review resumes.
- Screening candidates on phone to evaluate interest fitment for the given position and submitting qualified profiles to the panelist within prescribed timelines for further evaluation.
- Scheduling candidates for face to face/ telephonic interview events; establishing close contact with candidates to ensure participation in interview events.
- Working closely with associated team members to initiate post interview process.
- Constructing resume database to maintain a healthy pipeline of profiles for quick reference and closure.
- Should be able to innovate and implement techniques for effective sourcing and screening of profiles in quick possible time.
- Cater to enhancing candidate experience through the recruitment cycle.
- Must have experience in front ending clients on individual basis.
US PAYROLL
Must Have:
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Global Payroll Processing
- Results and deadline driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
Good to have:
- Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage
- Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium or Dayforce required will be an advantage
