Designation #1: Process Specialist


Skills:


Experience: - 2+Years

Shifts: Night shift with weekend support

Educational Criteria: Any degree

Work location: Chennai (Pacifica)



Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the Process Executives. Supports the Team Lead in training, daily reviews, and escalation resolution with the Objective to meet SLA targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies of the company. Collaborates with the team to bring in new ideas and implements solutions to bring in process improvements and efficiency. Responsible for handling customer request and queries. Creates the necessary process documents, trains the new joiners in the team. Provide necessary coaching and feedback to the analyst to groom the team. Flexible to work from respective DC office and continuous night shift with weekday offs. Take initiates and participates in Ops and Org wide initiatives.

Client and Escalation Management

  • Leads and manages all customer-related activities, fostering strong relationships to ensure the consistent delivery of high-value services.
  • Handles process updates, escalations, and builds informal networks within client organizations.
  • Plans proactively with process owners to maintain strong client relationships and delivery predictability.


Team Building and People Management

  • Leads and coaches cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Conducts regular reviews, monitors performance dashboards, and supports team development.
  • Implements career development and succession planning to sustain motivation and performance.


Governance and Compliance

  • Ensures 100% compliance with SLAs, metrics, and contractual obligations.
  • Conducts internal/external governance reviews and monitors quality adherence.
  • Prepares MIS reports, manages service quality plans, and resolves escalations.


Process Improvement and Reporting

  • Leads continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Manages client reporting and drives initiatives to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
