Position: VP SALES - Healthcare Technology (HMS & SaaS)

 

GVR Infosystems Pvt Ltd is excited to announce a strategic leadership opportunity for a high-impact Sales Director to lead the launch and scale-up of our innovative Hospital Management System (HMS) and cloud-based Healthcare SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 

Own GTM strategy and revenue targets for HMS & Healthcare SaaS offerings.

 

Lead the complete sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → demos → negotiation → closure.

 

Engage and sell to CXOs, Hospital Leadership, IT Heads, Procurement Teams & Practice Owners.

 

Acquire flagship customers and build a strong enterprise sales pipeline.

 

Develop repeatable sales playbooks across all healthcare segments.

 

Build and scale Sales, Pre-Sales, BDR/SDR, and Channel Partner teams.

 

Drive product demos, commercial proposals, pricing & contracting.

 

Represent GVR Infosystems at healthcare tech events, conferences & associations.

 

Provide continuous market insights to product & leadership teams.

 

Required Experience

 

15+ years overall experience with 12+ years in healthcare technology sales.

 

Expertise in:

 

✓ Hospital Management Systems (HMS)

 

✓ Healthcare SaaS / Cloud-based platforms

 

✓ New product market launches

 

Proven success selling to hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacies & doctors.

 

Strong understanding of OPD, IPD, EMR/EHR, Labs, Pharmacy, Billing, and workflow automation.

 

Excellent solution selling, ROI pitching, and enterprise negotiation capabilities.

 

Experience building high-performance sales and channel teams.

 

Startup/growth mindset with strong execution focus.
