Job Description

As a Vice President - Sales (APAC) at VuNet, you will play a crucial role in driving the regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include developing territory-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) plans aligned with VuNet's observability platform and BFSI use cases, establishing strong executive-level relationships within target accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline velocity, and representing VuNet at key industry events and forums. Additionally, you will be accountable for overall revenue performance in the region, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and forging impactful partnerships to accelerate VuNet's growth in the observability space. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Drive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, both on new logos and revenue expansions. - Develop territory-specific GTM plans aligned with VuNet's observability platform and BFSI use cases. - Establish strong executive-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital/Operations) within target accounts. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive pipeline velocity and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Represent VuNet at key industry events, forums, and leadership summits. **Qualifications Required:** - 18+ years of enterprise sales leadership, preferably with SaaS, Big Data, Observability, or AIOps products. - Prior experience selling into CXO-level stakeholders in banks and financial services. - Track record of building and scaling regional teams and hitting aggressive revenue targets. - Strong mix of strategic vision and executional rigor - able to roll up sleeves when needed. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrated history of closing business opportunities. - Open to travel across India, SEA, MEA, and other global locations on a frequent basis. - Strong knowledge of UPI, India stack, channel banking ecosystems in India, and experience in navigating the regulatory landscape.
