Expertise in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including managing resistance and fostering a culture of innovation Good domain expertise Core banking for Asian/European or American markets in T24 /Finacle/Flex cube with hands on experience in migrating systems. Strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, RPA, and blockchain. Ability to work closely with Operations, IT and technology teams Experience in managing large budgets Strong ability to articulate complex transformation strategies and progress to senior leadership Understanding of the regulatory landscape in banking, including knowledge of local and global regulations effecting banking operations. Strong analytical skills to diagnose operational challenges and develop innovative solutions. Education & Professional Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate Length & Type of Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience as a PMO/BA/Operations in banking industry. Main Responsibilities: Develop and drive the strategic roadmap as PMO for Global Operations & Services (GOS) Operations and IT Solutions Team, aligning it with the overall business objectives and technological advancements. Lead the BA teams in India managing multiple projects including T24 to achieve smooth migrations of system transitions, changes by liaising closely with all the relevant key stakeholders. Support DH for various other automation projects including RPA, Digitalization, Change the Bank initiatives. Play key role in supporting the team to setup the Centre of Excellence for T24 /Transformation in MGS. Lead initiatives to optimize and transform GOS, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with IT and Technology teams to integrate new technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, into operational processes. Ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with operational needs and that systems are implemented effectively and securely. Oversee the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Lead the planning and execution of operations transformation projects, focusing on improving end to end processes, reducing costs, and increasing operational efficiency. Work with cross functional teams to design and execute process reengineering projects, ensuring they meet both current and future business needs. Act as the primary liaison between operations, IT, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on transformation objectives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure support for transformation initiatives. Ensure that all transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational changes and technology implementations. Oversee the allocation of resources for transformation projects, ensuring that teams have the necessary skills and tools to succeed. Manage budgets and ensure that transformation initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
