VP IT Infra & Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Leader to oversee and drive the strategic direction of our enterprise technology landscape.

• Lead and manage several IT infrastructure and security teams. Leadership and Direction to the Infrastructure Team (Server Hosting, Device mgmt. and Networking) and the Strategic Partnerships that support the Enterprise Infrastructure

• Responsible for employee site support and help desk to ensure workforce is productive and has the right set of collaboration tools and devices

• Responsible for enterprise infrastructure vision and strategy, planning and successful execution of annual infrastructure projects and scaling and building of enterprise infrastructure and operations

• Manage IT infrastructure and operations budget.

• Analyze business results, providing deep insight into on-going trends and performance

\• Evaluate current technology resources, risks and roadmap against various department and company goals; facilitate conversations across business units to drive agreement

• Collaborate with and influence executive business leadership to deliver technology and digital solutions that directly deliver on business strategy and add value.

• Ensure a secure and compliant enterprise, operationalize CISO security policies enterprise wide, and maintain GDPR. SOC/SOX control compliance for responsible controls

The Successful Applicant:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant working experience

• 8+ years of experience leading IT Operations is preferred

• Valid US Visa as opportunity has exposure to global teams
