Purpose of the Job:

• Manage Deposits operations, Account Maintenance ops, Clearing/NACH, KYC operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Deposits and Account Maintenance Desk.
2. Monitoring of cash transactions, vault limits
3. Checking of CBS Transactions
4. Supervision of all operations related to tax payment
5. Arranging & providing data for all reports (H.O. & Regulatory)
6. Monitoring of CMS and Clearing desk.
7. Liasoning with correspondent Banks
8. Checking & approval of SFMS
9. Monitoring of reconciliation of all sundry account’s and vostro accounts.
10. Supervising housekeeping & filing of documents
11. Controlling all department registers
12. Data submission with regards to Internal / external audit for the department and ensuring all returns pertaining to the Team are submitted in time.
13. Process improvements in areas of responsibility.
14. Co-ordination with Central Hub at Delhi Ops for processing and RMs for clients transactions.
15. Responsible for handling customer queries.

Qualifications and requirements:

• 15 years of work experience
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to Deposits, Cash Management, KYC, Escrow, Payments.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good in MS Excel/PowerPoint
