Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting with IT managers to determine the company's networking needs, analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems, and developing architecture plans for voice and data services. Your role will involve installing network hardware modules, designing and implementing VOIP systems, and supporting the transition from legacy Siemens PBX to VOIP network. As a VoIP Engineer, you will troubleshoot VoIP network issues, analyze and upgrade network security systems and protocols, and manage network installations for future expansion. Additionally, you will be required to train staff on network and system protocols, monitor voice equipment, and manage incidents for call centers.
