Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js Build RESTful APIs and services with a focus on performance and reliability Implement multithreading and concurrent processing to handle real-time data streams Work with Kafka and NoSQL databases like MongoDB for efficient data ingestion and querying Explore and integrate real-time chat libraries and WebSocket technologies for live communication Manage application deployment, server configuration, and CI/CD pipelines Monitor and optimize backend performance and availability Utilize cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment, storage, and scalability Collaborate closely with front-end developers, data engineers, and DevOps teams Ensure application security and compliance with data protection standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot architecture Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming concepts Proficiency in Angular for front-end development Working experience with Node.js and Python for back-end scripting and automation Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Understanding of web sockets and real-time data processing tools Ability to manage servers and deployment environments (Linux, Docker, etc.) Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Your key duties will include the following: • Compile lists of prospects from amongst target companies, by acquiring and scrubbing prospect lists and harvesting leads from databases, websites, and social networks. • Must possess experience in successfully selling technology solutions, preferably IT support services, contact center services, server co-location, cloud solutions and SAP services to midsized and large North American businesses over the phone. • Identify appropriate senior (C-level) decision makers or Influencers and make persuasive contact through voice calls, emails, social media, and networking websites. • Present a compelling case for Outsourcing technology support services to our contact centers in Canada or India. • Outsourcing IT asset management and end-to-end IT support services to our support Centers using our Tier III Co-location site in Canada, Canadian Cloud infrastructure and Enterprise recovery solutions Using our SAP HANA Hosting infrastructure in Canada and SAP support services. • This will require you to research the prospects support needs, challenges and limitations. And to help them understand how they will benefit from engaging with us. • Create and present persuasive proposals using approved templates; continue to follow-up. And work with Canadian Sales Directors and Engineers to close deals. • Diligently update and maintain accuracy of the CRM with relevant information based on interaction with prospects. Position requirements - You must have: • Between Seven and ten years’ experience of cold calling successfully selling technology solutions, preferably IT support services, contact center services, server co-location, cloud solutions and SAP services to mid-sized and large North American businesses over the phone or over video conference platforms. • Cold calling and lead generation for international market is a must to have experience (minimum 3+ years) as this is an Individual contribution Role . • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Strong presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A demonstrable record of accomplishment as a top-tier performer in a performance-driven sales environment. • Proven ability to articulate, to senior management of prospect companies, the advantages and benefits of using our technology products or services. • An exceptional command of the English language – both written and spoken. • Formal sales training; experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho and HubSpot. • Foundational knowledge of technology (you don’t need to be a technical expert) and the ability to learn quickly. • Are educated with English as the medium of instruction – both at the high school and university level and have good academic grades • Have work experience selling technology-related products and services to North American businesses.

Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support the department. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in any field. • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a data entry operator, preferably in the insurance sector. • Additional computer training or certification is a plus. • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and Word
