• Manage team - Incident management and response
• Ensure delivery of proactive tasks on internal and client infrastructure.
• Ensure that all Monitoring systems setup are updated, active and correct for both customers & internal core infrastructure.
• Ensure system uptime of 99.999%, and that security posture is updated and maintained.
• Ensure that staff and infrastructure adhere to operational KPIs as specified by the senior management.
• Audit usage and correctness of SOPs.
• Maintain updated documentation on all code and infrastructure systems and processes according to prescribed internal standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all SOPs are up to date with version controls.
• Manage, evaluate and ensure adequate staffing and performance levels of the entire operations in India.
• Comply with all internal Pathway Group operating standards, including change management, security, capacity, uptime, documentation and other KPIs, and maintain a safe and clean operating environment.
• Forecast, plan, research, and select new technologies including Automation which will enable the company to attain business goals.
• Architect, document, project manage and implement software and systems integration projects as assigned, using all appropriate tools; accurately track tasks, including deadlines and quality.
• Implementation of industry best security policies & frameworks.
• Configuration management with deployment of automation tools.
• Implement and maintain quality verification for all tasks.
• Work with the QA team to set up and maintain ITSM/ticketing and knowledge base systems.
• Provide Automation Solution both internally and to customers using the latest technologies.

Minimum Experience & qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field in software or systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years’ programming experience in a large enterprise or service provider environment in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, Shell
• Must have managed engineering teams of at least 10 people.
• Must have experience with management reports on KPIs and solutions design.
• Expertise in designing, analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale Linux and storage deployments.
• Experience with designing and deploying resilient and fault-tolerant systems.
• Proven track record of deploying multiple DevOps tools like Ansible, Saltstack, GIT, Chef/Puppet and shell automation.
• Proven ability to hire, train and evaluate team members.
• Systematic problem-solver and effective communicator.
