We are looking for a competent, energetic, and engaging Marketing Coordinator who will play a critical role in expanding Pathways brand visibility by advertising and promoting its products and services.

Job Description:

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the marketing and sales team and will play a vital role in the companys growth and success. You will design and execute marketing campaigns, assist in developing marketing collaterals, undertake high-value social media activities, create innovative marketing content, and produce insightful performance reports to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, and print). • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social posts. • Manage and update website and social media channels with relevant, engaging content. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement). • Support event planning and coordination (trade shows, webinars, customer events). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding. • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
• deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Zoho, Canva, Seamless AI and
• etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
