What you will do
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for VoIP & PBX systems
Configure softphones, handle client queries
Work on basic linux systems and network tools
Communication with global clients
Who can apply?
Btech/MCA
Basic knowledge of networking/Linux is bonus
Good english communication skill
Ready for flexible/rotational shifts (Tie : Night shift _8.30 PM to 5.30 am)
Training & Salary
Duration : 3 months offline training with certification
Evaluation based confirmation after training
